Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, sales tax will be added to most orders.

No, unfortunately we are not accepting International orders at this time.
Can I send in a photo displaying a "Little Pink Turtle"bow?
Absolutely! We would love to put your picture in our customer photo gallery.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Right now we only accept payment through Paypal & money orders when ordering online.
What is your return policy?
Our products are often custom made for each order, therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect, or an error on our part. Defective items must be return shipped within 7 days. Please allow 14 days to credit your credit card or to receive any exchanged items.
Can I have my order gift wrapped and/or include a special message?
Sure! We charge $3.50 per gift wrapped order. This includes all the wrappings along with a card displaying your special message! We omit the pricing information and invoice data. If you place a large order which requires multiple gift wrappings, we may charge $3.50 per "set". Please contact us after ordering and we will send an email invoice directly to you with appropriate shipping charges.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed, please contact us within 24 hours if you need to change or cancel your order.
Can my order be rushed?

What is the difference between a French Barrett and an Alligator Clip?
We use an alligator clip on our clippies and wrap the clip with 3/8" ribbon for a secure hold. The alligator clip is the best clip to use with our interchangeable bowbands. The Barrett is best for older girls or very thick hair.
My daughter has very fine hair. What kind of clip would you recommend?
Any of our hair bows can be attached to a lined alligator clip. The clip is lined with 3/8" grosgrain ribbon and will secure the hair bow in thin hair. I also suggest placing your daughter's hair in a ponytail first, then clipping an alligator clip (lined or unlined) or a barrett over the pony. The clip will cover the pony and will ensure the clip stays secure. You may also request a no slip grip.
